Transitioning to Sage 3 Capital Sdn Bhd, a Securities Commission-licensed corporate finance firm, Alwyn specialized in Capital Market Services. His portfolio encompassed diverse areas like litigation support, distress corporation research, debt restructuring, mediation negotiations, debt recovery analysis, turnaround strategies, business assessment, valuation, and debt repayment planning for public listed companies.
With nearly a decade of experience, Alwyn now serves as CEO of Fintel Advisory, offering tailored financial advice to investment institutions, particularly in Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC). His proficiency in Business Analysis enables him to decipher complex scenarios, providing data-driven insights to portfolio companies. Alwyn’s accounting expertise ensures precise financial management, while his support facilitates crucial capital acquisition for growth. His skills in business valuation and corporate exercises, including M&A, enhance strategic decision-making.
A member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and ACCA accredited, Alwyn’s commitment to providing bespoke financial solutions and fostering business growth remains steadfast. He also pursues CFA Level III candidacy, further augmenting his financial expertise. In medium-sized corporations, he serves as a board member, overseeing financial and management functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
YM Tunku Prof Dato’ PMgr Sr Dr Fauzi ibni Almarhum Tunku Seri Indera Setia Tunku Dato’ Abdul Malek Al Haj hails from the Kedah Royal House. He possesses extensive experience and has made significant contributions to Malaysia’s property industry.
Following the completion of his studies in the United Kingdom, he returned to Malaysia in 1990 and embarked on his property career with Knight Frank Baillieu. He later joined Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB) as a Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. During his tenure, he successfully managed numerous distinctive JV projects across Malaysia. After gaining several years of experience in the corporate sector, he joined Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals as an Associates Director overseeing the Estate Agency department. Additionally, he was involved in consultancy on property management and design of condominiums, office towers and townships.
He is a very active person in the property fraternity in Malaysia where he is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEA). Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)(Sr), former Chairman of the Property Management Valuation and Estate Agency Surveying Division of the RISM, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK (RICS), Member of the Private Sector Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants of Malaysia (PEPS), a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers Malaysia (MIPPM) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). Member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). He is also a committee member in several of these institutions.
His involvement in consultancy on property management and design of various real estate assets, including condominiums, office towers, and townships, showcases his ability to recognize value and potential in diverse real estate projects. As a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager, YM Tunku Dato’ Prof Sr Dr Fauzi’s proficiency in property valuation and market analysis has been instrumental in making informed investment decisions in the investment landscape.

Rahman Ali Bin Abdul Wahab, a 47-year-old Malaysian, is the CEO, director, and shareholder of 5 Pillars, a venture capital firm in Malaysia. He co-founded 5 Pillars to pursue venture capital activities. Rahman, a graduate of the University Kebangsaan Malaysia with a Bachelor of Business Administration, furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Management from the International Islamic University. His career commenced in the capital market, particularly in share market and banking, where he served as Share Financing Assistance Manager at EON Finance Bhd from 2000 to 2006. Rahman’s experience also includes a successful tenure as CEO at SCS Capital Sdn Bhd, during which he facilitated investments across various industries. Subsequently, he joined the Asian Development Bank as a consultant, engaging with Malaysian government ministries and agencies. In 2016, Rahman ventured into the food and beverage industry as an entrepreneur and assumed his current role at 5 Pillars in 2018. His diverse background showcases a wealth of experience across finance, venture capital, and business development.
Tajul Arifin Bin Mohd Tahir, a 53-year-old Malaysian, is a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in Malaysia’s capital market, specializing in initial public offerings, secondary placements, and corporate exercises. He co-founded and serves as a shareholder and director of 5 Pillars, overseeing corporate affairs and business development. Tajul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University (1989). His career began in 1991 at MIDF Consultancy, where he actively contributed to enhancing issuing house processes. Later, as Associate Director, he expanded the business network and maintained key stakeholder relationships. In 2018, he co-founded 5 Pillars for venture capital activities, and in the same year, he assumed the role of Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Mestron Holdings Berhad. Tajul’s extensive experience spans various sectors, making him a distinguished figure in the industry.
Chris is a serial entrepreneur and corporate restructuring strategist. He specialises in capital market and capital raising. He founded CoMetro Capital & Private Equity since 2013 with a few like minded investor entrepreneur and has become very active in the group since 2016 and lead them as its CEO/GP and Director since 2017. He is currently the lead advisor for several local companies embarking on IPO listing in Bursa Malaysia, Singapore Exchange and Australia Stock Exchange. He sits in two listed company board of directors/shareholders and several regional private limited companies board of directors. Chris is also the partner to Max Capital Holdings Ltd, a global venture and investment company where he co-founded the Global Investment Community (GIC).
